The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Tuesday, May 27, reveal that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will react to Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) proposal answer while Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) exhibits some suspicious behavior.

At the loft, Carter just pulled out an engagement ring and asked a stunned Hope to marry him.

Hope couldn’t give Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) the commitment he so desperately wanted, but can she give it to Carter?

A lot has changed for Hope in recent episodes – especially now that she knows Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is terminally ill.

It’s been a big reminder of just how short life can be, so all signs point to Hope saying yes to a Carter engagement.

Of course, part of Hope may feel obligated to prove to Liam that she’s going to be OK and give him some peace.

Rushing into marriage with Carter could be a mistake, but Hope may make him the happiest man alive for now by agreeing to tie the knot.

At the cliff house, Liam and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will continue their warm moment.

Since Liam knows there’ll come a day when he can’t be a father to his daughters, he’s counting on Finn to carry the torch.

Finn assured Liam that he’d be honored, so they’ll keep discussing Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras), Beth Spencer (Jordyn Grace) and the difficult road ahead.

It’ll be hard for Liam to even think about saying goodbye to his precious girls, but he’ll get some guidance from Finn in his time of need.

At Forrester Creations, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will have questions when Steffy gets very vocal about her support of Hope’s bliss.

There’ll be some talk about Daphne Rose’s (Murielle Hilaire) Paris departure, but Steffy may admit she’s rooting for Carter and Hope to go the distance as a couple.

Ridge and Brooke will find it suspicious for Steffy to suddenly be so “Team Hope” in all areas of her life.

Steffy brought Hope back to the company and will start cheering for her romantic happiness, so Brooke and Ridge will keep feeling like they’re missing crucial information.

B&B fans know Ridge and Brooke are indeed missing a critical piece of the puzzle since they aren’t in the loop on Liam’s inoperable brain tumor yet!
