General Hospital Spoilers: Tracy Arrested – Michael Flies Home
The 2025 Nurses Ball opened with an unexpected twist as Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) were announced as the last-minute co-hosts of the red carpet after the original pair dropped out.
Initially hesitant, both Drew and Nina agreed to step in and kicked off the event from behind the backdrop, welcoming viewers to the iconic gala.
They were soon joined by entertainment journalist Lesley Robins, who chatted fashion with Nina before helping co-host interviews.
The first dramatic entrance came from Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), who walked the carpet with an unusual date—a llama named Sebastian—to raise awareness for llama rescue organizations.
Lucy praised Drew and Nina, calling them a “gorgeous pair,” though Nina’s eye-roll showed her disapproval.
Next came Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his youngest daughter, Donna.
Drew pushed a political angle by bringing up a controversial town referendum concerning Sonny’s pier ownership, which Sonny quickly shut down, insisting it wasn’t the time or place.
Nina tried to steer things back to lighter topics, complimenting Donna’s dress.
Then came Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Sonny’s ex and Drew’s ex, making for an awkward moment. Drew took a jab at her by referencing Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), who missed the event due to injuries.
Carly held her composure—impressive considering her explosive fight with Nina just days earlier.
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) arrived next with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Nina asked Jordan about leaving her job as Deputy Mayor, prompting the big reveal—Jordan is now the COO of Jenz’s company, the sole financial backer of the Nurses Ball.
When Drew tried to sing Jenz’s praises, Nina cut him off to introduce Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Swandi Wilson).
Isaiah was accompanying Felicia as a friend since her husband, Mac Scorpio, was working. A flirtatious moment occurred when Nina asked Isaiah if he was single, and he replied, “Yes,” with Jordan watching nearby.
Curtis Ashford, Portia Robinson, and Trina Robinson entered next, and Trina was surprised and delighted when Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup), recently released from the hospital, joined her in a tux. The couple walked the red carpet together.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) made their entrance soon after, with Joss taking a bold on-camera jab at Drew, calling him a “trash co-host.”
Nina remarked that Josslyn clearly inherited her grandmother Bobbie Spencer’s sass, which Joss accepted as a compliment.
The Quartermaines followed, with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) insisting on walking the carpet with her “two girls”—Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).
Lulu chose to walk in with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), her romantic partner. Tracy then planned to walk in with Brook Lynn and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), but Chase got a work call and urged them to go ahead without him.
As Ned and Olivia Quartermaine (Wally Kurth, Lisa LoCicero) walked the carpet, Drew and Ned exchanged some polite yet tense banter.
Then Lulu and Dante were interviewed, with Lulu noting how much she had missed attending past Balls. When Tracy and Brook Lynn stepped onto the carpet, Tracy suddenly grabbed the mic from Drew and began discussing the town referendum—only to be interrupted when Chase arrived to arrest her.
Tracy and Brook Lynn were stunned. Chase claimed it was connected to Drew’s recent ketamine drugging, and a smug Congressman was shown grinning.
Elsewhere, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) arrived with granddaughter Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner), speaking about Robin Scorpio-Drake’s (Kimberly McCullough) absence.
Meanwhile, at Alexis Davis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) house, her ex Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) arrived with paperwork to help cover up her Cassadine embezzlement.
The two argued until Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) walked in and began attacking Ric verbally. Alexis attempted to calm Kristina down, explaining they made a temporary truce for Molly’s sake.
But tensions rose when Kristina learned Ric was representing Willow Tait-Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) in her divorce from Michael.
Kristina then revealed Alexis knew she’d tried to kill Ava Jerome (Maura West), escalating the mother-daughter tension.
Back at the Ball, Molly arrived and bumped into Cody Bell. They agreed to walk the red carpet together, letting the press believe they were dating, though they didn’t confirm or deny it.
Inside the event, Isaiah recalled overhearing Portia screaming in her office and approached her, offering support. Meanwhile, Curtis told Jordan that Drew had confirmed Portia was being blackmailed.
Event organizers Anna, Lucy, and Felicia scrambled to find a new performer due to a cancellation. Anna was also worried about missing her dance with Chase.
Felicia noted that Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) was at the event with the kids since Maxie Jones was home with a sick Bailey.
Back at the station, Chase delivered Tracy to Mac Scorpio, who urged Chase to return for his performance. Tracy was shocked to learn that a vial of ketamine had been found in her car—evidence that made her realize she’d been framed.
The final dramatic moment came with Willow’s surprise arrival in a stunning red dress and a chic short haircut. Drew rushed to her, gave Nina the mic, and kissed Willow passionately for the cameras. Watching from a private jet, an unidentified man—most likely Michael Corinthos—watched the livestream and stared intensely at the scene, clearly preparing for his return to Port Charles.
