GH Recap: Natalia Tells Sidwell Sonny Needs Surgery, and Jason Confronts Sasha for Selling Out to Sidwell

 Lucy and the Deception team are furious with Natalia, Sonny tells Carly about his heart condition, and Joss follows Dalton around the hospital.Thursday’s GH recap: Sonny decided to stay out of the debate, Lucas considered distancing himself from Marco, and Cody gave Molly a ride.

At Carly’s, Donna tells her about the great time she had at Dante’s party. She tells her about Rocco’s debate and how everyone is going but Sonny.

Donna wants to go but Carly assures her she will have more fun with her dad.After Donna runs off to see Pilar, Carly guesses Sonny is avoiding the debate because of Laura.

She urges him not to fight the result of the referendum if it goes against him. He says that letting it go would only make his enemies think he is wea

He admits that he has been having heart issues. She’s appalled that he told other people about this before her.Brick found him a cardiologist in LA and he’s scheduled for surgery next week. Carly insists she’s going with him.At GH, Gannon checks Joss over and wonders what kept her from coming in when she injured herself.

She claims she injured her ankle on Easter Island and how to plough through it. Gannon tells her she needs to stay off her ankle and get some PT.Anna beings Emma to the hospital to start her community service. Felicia leads her away.

Felicia returns to worry to Anna about the referendum. If Laura gets knocked out of office, Anan could be dismissed.Anna tells her the ADA is also breathing down her neck.Joss hobbles around and bumps into Emma, who is covered in paint. She explains that she was doing art therapy.

Emma adds that this is part of her community service. Joss is surprised to hear she has priors.Emma snaps not everyone has a billionaire daddy who can buy them out of trouble.

After Emma walks off, Prof. Dalton wanders in with a briefcase. Joss spots him and follows at a distance to a lab.He enters. When he exits minutes later, Joss follows and sends a text to Vaughn.Emma returns to Anna and Felicia, who tells her she gets to do papier-mache next

After Emma takes off, Anna explains to Felicia that Turner has been coming after her because she thinks Anna is giving Jason special treatment.“You do give him special treatment,” Felicia points out. Anna defends herself. They both know this wouldn’t be happening if Robert were there.

Sasha is getting a check up. She and Jason happily watch the baby on a screen.He asks if he can send a sonogram picture to Michael. “Why would you do that?” she asks.Sasha doesn’t want to include him in every step and thinks he should be kept at a distance.

Before he goes, she tells him he’s glad he came today and smilesAt Deception, Lucy tells BLQ and Maxie that their new cream is flying off the shelves. They are in the black for the rest of the year.Lucy reminds them this is all thanks to Sidwell. She runs off.

Jason shows up and announces that Natalia has been lying to them for months and may have compromised their company. Sidwell is her ex-husband.BLQ is shocked that Natalia played them all and Sonny didn’t even catch onto it.Maxie says they can’t work with Sidwell anymore, regardless of what Sasha says. Jason takes off.

BLQ doesn’t know how they can get out of the deal with Sidwell. Maxie says nothing is iron-clad.They call Anna over and ask her for ways to get rid of Sidwell. She says there’s not much they can do and they should sit tight while she takes care of it.

She’ll have her lawyer look at the offer. He warns she won’t have much time for a personal life if she takes the job.Lucy interrupts, wondering what Jordan is doing there. Sidwell explains she is coming to work for him.Once Jordan exits, Lucy pulls out the cream and tells him how the orders are pouring in. He offers to order some bubbly.

She explains they have more details to go over and Natalia is on the way. Lucy is startled when he informs her that Natalia is his ex-wife.He says it was a long time ago and he was shocked to discover she was Deception’s CFO.Natalia arrives and Lucy immediately confronts her about being Sidwell’s ex. Natalia didn’t think it was relevant.

Sidwell insists that nothing has changed. Natalia insists she didn’t mean to mislead anyone. Lucy declares her days are numbered and storms out.Sidwell assures irritated Natalia that this is all a tempest in a teapot. She tells him Sonny knows and it out for blood.

She claims her relationship with Sonny is purely professional. He knows she went to see a cardiologist with her. Sidwell points out Sonny can’t protect her now, only he can.He offers to speak to Marco on her behalf if she gives him information on Corinthos. She admits Sonny needs open heart surgery.

Jordan finds Gannon at the care center and tells him she’s taken a job as COO for Sidwell. “You can’t be serious,” he says.Gannon worries this is dangerous and Sidwell could already be playing her. She says what they have needs to end.
