Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, April 18, reveal Xander justifiably having beef with Philip — let’s see if he can keep his reaction more verbal and less physical.

What’s a little forged letter between half brothers? Philip’s big secret is finally out, and that can’t mean anything good.
So, even though Xander (Paul Telfer) and Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) have been in sync as co-CEOs of Titan — DiMera takeover, anyone — things are about to get bumpy.
Look for Xander to berate Philip. In other words, he’s about to criticize or scold his brother from another mother. Sounds like Xander unleashes a verbal beatdown.
Where’s that bat he once used to go after Brady (Eric Martsolf) or the gun in the safe? If Philip only has to deal with a tongue-lashing, then he might be okay. Emphasis on the word “might.”
Conflict Escalation
Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) and Vivian (Louise Sorel) despise each other, so it’s no shock to find out that they will clash. Gabi still has no idea that Vivian disappeared Stefan (ex-Brandon Barash), and plopped him in Alamainia.
Plus, she forged his signature on the divorce papers. This conversation should be loud and interesting.
Meanwhile, Shawn (Brandon Beemer) and JJ (Casey Moss), who are busy investigating EJ’s shooting, suddenly have to warn a suddenly unemployed Melinda (Tina Huang).
This could be about the attempted murder, which has a million suspects, or about the Horton necklace she recently unloaded. Poor Melinda. Her luck has taken a turn.
Hurt and Comfort
Rafe (Galen Gering) blew it with Jada (Elia Cantu). He was so sure that his fiancé had sex with Shawn again that he felt free to sleep with his ex-wife
. In the light of day, he now realizes he should have finished his conversation with Shawn or verified the betrayal with Jada before doing something that would come back to bite him in the you-know-what.
With Jada devastated and furious, all Rafe can do is open up to Sami (Alison Sweeney). Maybe she can somehow make him feel better about his choices. Doubt it, but it’s worth a try.
