It’s one of the smallest joys in life. In fact, Stafford went as far as to call it her “kink.” She shared, “Ok, little-known fact about me. This is a kink of mine. Grocery stores. I like to just walk around grocery stores.”

The entrepreneur wasn’t joking around this time. Grocery shopping is one of her favorite pastimes. Stafford added, “It’s true. It makes me happy.

And then we have Tina Turner. OK, but I do. It’s what it is; it makes me happy to walk around grocery stores.”

The Y&R star gets a little too carried away during her grocery trips. Stafford shared that she sometimes buys more than she needs.

“In fact, I did a whole thing of it. I went over my finances. I spent so much money at the grocery store,” she explained. “That’s my splurge. We all have our things.”

But she’s not bothered by it. It’s one of the littlest joys in her life. Stafford concluded her message by adding, “It makes me happy.”
