GH Preview: Kristina’s Machinations Leave Two Lives On the Line — Plus, the ABC Soap Honors Monica Quartermaine

This week Port Charles residents gather to celebrate General Hospital’s anniversary in the latest promo. Plus, Kristina learns the horrifying outcome of her plot to stop Ava for good.

Let’s start with the happy moments to look forward to. Tracy admires her father Edward’s photo on the memorial wall as Felicia gushes about General Hospital’s upcoming anniversary.

Get ready to celebrate on April 1st with a special episode that’s sure to be filled with flashbacks as everyone gathers for the opening of the Monica Quartermaine Cardiac Care Center at GH.

Now for the not-so-good news. After a massive fight with Ava, Kristina lost in and cut the brakes of a car she thought was Ava’s.

When she finally came to her senses, she rushed to warn Ava, hoping to prevent a tragedy. Unfortunately, she’s too late, and the car’s brakes she cut was Ric’s! While giving Elizabeth a ride home, Ric and Elizabeth were in a terrible accident.

At the scene of the accident, Ric is badly hurt. We see him with a neck brace and being strapped to a gurney. Kristina watches in a panic and says, “It was supposed to be Ava!”

Meanwhile, Lucky arrives on the scene and rushes toward the car, screaming Elizabeth’s name. We know from the teasers at the end of Friday’s episode that an officer tells Lucky that they are doing everything they can to help her…

Finally, at the hospital, Molly asks Lucas how her dad is. He suggests they go sit down. It doesn’t appear Lucas has good news about Ric, and we are still left wondering what Elizabeth’s condition is.
