The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, March 28 reveals Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will not like what Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) is planning.
Y&R spoilers tease the Newman family will gather at the main house, at Adam’s behest. He and Chelsea will show up and they’ll tell them they’re back together. “We are a family again and I wanted you all to be the first to know.”
Victor will be happy for them and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will shake his brother’s hand. “Congratulations Adam,” he’ll say. “I wish you all the best.” Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will say the same goes for her. She’ll add she’s happy for Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).
Y&R Daily Scoop – Billy’s Ripped The Rug Out From Under Her Again
At the park, Phyllis will ask Billy why he’s doing this to himself again. Billy will say Aristotle Dumas reached out to him. “I wanted to do this with you and you convinced everybody you were on the up and up,” she’ll say. “I don’t want to be a part of this – I really believed in you this time Billy.”
He’ll say it’s going to happen, whether she comes on board or not. Phyllis will ask what Dumas did. “Are you that easily manipulated Billy?” He’ll tell her it’s not some kind of ego power grab, it’s a sound business decision. But Phyllis will say after her ordeal, she’s realized life is too short to hold onto revenge and grudges.
He’ll tell her this deal is so much more than that. Abbott Communications is just a startup. But if it were to join Chancellor, it would leave Newman Media in the dust. “To be honest with you, this company kept me sane when I was locked up,” Phyllis will reply. “You have ripped the rug out from under me, yet again. Why do I keep on trusting you?”
Billy will return to his place and when Sally finds out he’s having issues with Phyllis because of Aristotle Dumas, she’ll call him out. She’ll want to know what kind of business deal he made with Dumas. “I hope you can trust me when I say I know what I’m doing, ” he’ll reply.
Meanwhile, Traci and Jack will tell Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) they believe Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins) was involved in the kidnappings. Traci will fill him in on everything .”I think those texts are suspicious,” he’ll reply. Both Jack and Chance will advise her not meet Alan in Paris.
So, Traci will ask what they’re going to do. “Do you think there’s any chance you can get him to come back here?” Chance will ask. Traci will say she doesn’t think he would come back. Chance will tell her the person loves mind games and may be tempted to return.

Then Jack will have an idea. “I think the best way to approach Alan is for me to ask him to come home,” he’ll suggest. Jack will add that he’ll tell Alan it would mean everything to all of them if he could come home for a wedding at the Abbott estate.
Chance will tell Jack he thinks it could work. So, he’ll call Alan and ask him to come back to Genoa City. He’ll tell Alan that even if Traci wouldn’t admit it, it would mean the world to her. So, he’ll agree to return. Jack will thank him and hang up.
“Our next order of business is finding out who Alan really is, once and for all,” Jack will tell Traci and Chance. “You can leave that to me,” Traci will reply. She’ll tell Jack she’s going to convince Alan her love is so unconditional that there’s nothing he could do or say that would destroy her feelings for him.
Jack will be highly worried. He’ll tell his sister she’s setting herself up as bait for a man who could turn out to be a psychopath. “This is my life and I need to see this through in my way,” Traci will reply. She’ll add that if there’s even the slightest chance he’s Alan, she has to know.
“I have to look into his eyes and into his heart.” But Jack will remind her he could be the man who tormented Phyllis and Sharon, drove their sister to madness and killed his own twin brother. “Are you ready to face that man?” he’ll ask her. “I am,” she’ll reply.
