General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, February 20, reveal that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will do CPR on Lucky Spencer (temporarily played by Guy Wilson) while Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) gives an answer to Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison). Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will also settle on a Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) decision, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
At Liz’s place, she’ll do chest compressions on Lucky and beg him to stay with her.
Lucky just got jabbed with Cyrus’ syringe during their struggle, so Elizabeth will try to keep Lucky alive until he can be transported to GH.
Over with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), she’ll have a strategy session with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis).
Anna will talk about something the PCPD should find out, but Laura’s attention will soon be on Lucky following some horrible news.
Once Lucky makes it to the hospital, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) will work frantically to save his life.
Meanwhile, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will continue his discussion with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) now that she knows Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) can’t have children.
However, Lulu’s mind will soon be on Lucky instead since she’ll get updates on his ordeal within the next episode or two.
As for Chase, he’ll reconvene with Brook Lynn and make another heartfelt gesture. Chase will admit it’s not enough, but he’ll add that it’s all he can do.
Once Brook Lynn sees how guilty Chase feels about never being able to give her a child, she’ll try to find her courage.
It sounds like Brook Lynn’s about to confess she had a baby as a teenager that she gave up for adoption.
Next, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will turn to Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) for a favor that only she can provide.
Stella will listen to what Curtis has to say and find a way to help if she can.
At Drew’s new house, he’ll await Willow’s answer since he just asked her to move in with him.
Drew is ready to blend their families and is hoping Willow feels the same way, but will she be ready for that huge step?
Other General Hospital spoilers say Jason will face a difficult choice – perhaps one involving whether he’ll go after Cyrus himself.
Thursday’s GH preview shows Jason looking emotional as he admits there’s just one thing holding him back.
Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) obviously won’t be there in the flesh, but Jason might talk to her anyway and confess that he’s concerned about the effect his actions could have on Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn).
Will Jason decide he has to take Cyrus down anyway or will he hold himself back?
It’s worth mentioning that Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) just got some urgent info from work and will most likely end up at Cyrus’ hideout, so he may play a role in Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) rescue and Cyrus’ looming downfall.
Some wild moments are ahead as Cyrus appears and finds Josslyn snooping, so we’ll bring you more predictions on the drama that’s about to erupt.
