DOOL’ Stephen Nichols Marvels at an ‘Unexpected and Heartwarming’ Connection Decades in the Making
On February 8, L.A.’s Dynasty Typewriter raised the curtain on the second installment of Beverly Hills, the never-produced soap opera written by our sister site TVLine’s founder Michael Ausiello… when he was 13 years old.
In this arc, an all-star cast including Community vets Yvette Nicole Brown and Gillian Jacobs, Ugly Betty alum Michael Urie and Psych star Dulé Hill performed a thrillingly silly storyline in which the Russian circus brought more to town than just jugglers and clowns.
Behind the scenes, another plot was getting twisted, one in which Days of Our Lives leading man Stephen Nichols discovered the impact that he’d had on the adolescent would-be Bill Bell, who was a huge Days of Our Lives fan.

The soap, which features not one but two catfights, a shocking shootout, a stunning trapeze routine by Caitlin Reilly, and The Righteous Gemstones’ Edi Patterson picking a lock in a way that you’ve gotta see to believe, was live-streamed as it was performed on stage.
