It’s been a while since a character was pregnant on the show. So, it’s about time for the soap to add another baby to the cast.
Could Sally’s happy news and Billy’s new chapter indicate that they are beginning a new journey together?

Sally spent much of that time grieving alone. At one point, Billy did ask Sally if she was okay, which it really should have been Adam.
